出Offer後等極無回音 應否加「呀頭」LinkedIn追問?網民意見兩極

求職路上,最令人焦急的時刻,莫過於「明明已出Offer,卻遲遲未有下文」。近日有連登網民發帖求助,指自己在獲得Offer並已答應後,長時間未再收到公司回覆,考慮是否應主動在LinkedIn「呀頭」詢問進度,結果引發網民熱烈討論,意見明顯兩極。

 

樓主以投票形式詢問網民看法,有人認為「緊係可以,順便搞好下關係」,亦有人直言「好反感,太進取」。帖文迅速吸引大量回應,不少網民更分享自身求職及HR運作的「內幕」。

 

網民勸退:無回音就繼續搵工

有網民態度務實,直言:「無回音就揾下一份啦。」認為即使已出Offer,未落實前仍存在變數,不應把希望全押在一間公司身上。

 

不過樓主「平反」,指出情況並非普通面試後失聯,「係出咗Offer後無回音呀,想知道停咗喺邊度」,認為了解進度屬合理要求。

 

 

極端建議:直接上Office

討論中亦出現較激進建議,有人半認真半玩笑地表示:「直接上佢office問佢咩事啦,呢啲嘢都唔親身去咁冇誠意,人哋點睇得出你真係想返佢公司。」不過相關說法隨即被其他網民反駁,認為過於唐突,反而扣分。

 

理性分析:HR流程慢屬常態

較多網民建議以「正規渠道」處理,例如致電或電郵跟進HR,「唔該你打去問HR」,並提醒「未有消息有好多原因」,包括未完成所有面試、候選人屬waitlist,甚至只是行政流程需時。

 

有自稱熟悉大公司運作的網民詳細解釋,指即使是口頭OfferHR仍需發出內部電郵,與多個部門確認人工及福利,再處理合約文件,同時還要配合部門實際到職時間。「尤其管理層職位會優先處理,小薯就慢慢等」,直言HR本身亦是打工仔,「你急佢唔急」。

 

該網民亦提醒,頻繁追問未必有正面效果:「最好唔好煩人,如果個個都係咁,我咪好唔得閒?」

 

LinkedIn係關心定冒犯?

至於是否應透過LinkedIn「呀頭」追問,要視乎關係及語氣。若之前已有交流、以禮貌方式輕輕查詢,未必是壞事;但若完全陌生便突然私訊,則容易被視為「太進取」,甚至影響印象。

 

整體而言,網民普遍建議樓主保持專業、耐心跟進,同時不要停止其他求職計劃。畢竟在合約未簽之前,一切仍有變數,「無消息有時真係算好消息」,但為自己留後路,始終較為穩陣。
